Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, allowing you to engage directly with patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical status, including strength, flexibility, and movement patterns, to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery and overall well-being.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment provided, and billing activities, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to discuss patient progress, share insights, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Stay current on best practices and innovative treatment techniques to ensure the highest level of care for your patients.
• Promote safety by maintaining a well-organized and equipped therapy environment, ensuring all tools and equipment meet professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic conditions. This may include recovering post-surgery patients, individuals with musculoskeletal injuries, and those requiring rehabilitation from chronic pain or other physical limitations. By assessing their needs in the comfort of their homes, you will design customized therapy sessions that are conducive to their everyday routines.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in Florida or eligibility for licensure is mandatory.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is essential.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in an orthopedic or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR or other electronic medical records systems is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
