Work Environment

Located in Lehigh Acres, Florida, our outpatient office offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere conducive to healing and rehabilitation. As a member of our onsite team, you will have access to state-of-the-art therapy equipment and resources necessary to deliver effective treatment. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, allowing for a balanced approach to work and life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals and requirements, tailoring treatments accordingly.
• Manage a defined patient caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour to ensure focused and personalized care.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to deliver optimal treatment outcomes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities and exercises.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficacy of treatment interventions, making adjustments as necessary to enhance patient progress.
• Document all patient care activities meticulously using EMR software such as WebPT, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed to provide comprehensive care and referrals when necessary.
• Encourage and motivate patients to stay engaged in their recovery process and promote healthy living practices.

Our clinic primarily serves patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with individuals who are eager to regain their mobility and return to their favorite activities. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, with no disciplinary actions on your record.
• Strong skills in manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to design and implement effective exercise programs.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to streamline patient documentation and management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, showcasing a history of successful patient outcomes.
• Demonstrated capability to create tailored fitness and wellness programs that cater to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits
