Live To Move Rehab Center is looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our vibrant team in Lehigh Acres, Florida. Work Environment

This position involves onsite work within a home care setting, allowing you to develop personalized relationships with patients and work directly in their environments. We emphasize a structured yet adaptable approach to therapy, ensuring that our practitioners have the support they need while maintaining independence in their practice. Hours are flexible with the potential for schedules of Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or even four 10-hour shifts, offering a work-life balance suited to your needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed evaluations of patients' physical abilities, including range of motion and strength assessments.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that align with each patient's recovery goals and individual needs.
• Guide patients through their rehabilitation sessions, modifying techniques as necessary to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans effectively based on metrics and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with diverse adult and geriatric populations, addressing a variety of conditions including post-operative recovery, stroke rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Our approach tailors treatments to each patient's specific circumstances, ensuring that they receive care that is both compassionate and effective.

Qualifications

• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Minimum educational requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; candidates with a Master's level degree are preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and encourage patient engagement in their treatment plans.
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity for structured clinical thinking to evaluate patient progress diligently.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant practice is required, we highly value additional experience in home care settings or outpatient physical therapy environments. Familiarity with rehabilitation technology and electronic documentation systems will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
