Work Environment

This full-time position is situated in an onsite rehabilitation facility where you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nursing staff. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, identifying individual needs and establishing baseline functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs that align with patient goals, utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting interventions as necessary, and ensuring that each individual receives the attention and support they require to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care techniques to promote recovery beyond the clinic.
• Engage with other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive treatment plan, ensuring that all aspects of patient care are addressed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population of patients, ranging from those undergoing post-surgical recovery to individuals with chronic injuries and conditions affecting mobility. The goal is to restore function and enhance independence through tailored rehabilitation strategies that are responsive to each patient's unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid Florida state license to practice physical therapy.

• Excellent communication skills for effective documentation and patient interaction.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, the benefits package includes:
