Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, identifying their unique needs and conditions that affect mobility and function.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals, addressing a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and sports-related injuries.
• Engage in ongoing assessment of patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary using a data-driven approach to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions, employing a diverse range of manual therapy techniques, modalities, and exercise therapies to enhance patient recovery.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers about injury prevention and self-management strategies to support long-term health and wellness.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient treatment goals, share insights, and develop strategies that enhance the overall patient care experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will interact with a varied patient demographic, addressing physical therapy needs across multiple specialties. Our clientele ranges from active athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly patients managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist with current standing.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient care setting.
• Certifications in CPR and Basic Life Support.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating empathy and clarity in patient interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships, fostering trust and collaboration with every patient.

Preferred Experience

Additional experience in specialty areas such as pediatrics, orthopedics, or sports medicine will be highly advantageous. Familiarity with patient education practices and community outreach programs is also desirable as we aim to enhance the overall patient and community engagement.

Compensation and Benefits
