The work hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some evening hours required on a rotating schedule to accommodate client appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health and substance use issues, ensuring accurate identification of co-occurring disorders.

• Collaborate directly with clients to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that meet their specific mental health and substance use needs.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to empower clients in developing coping skills and relapse prevention strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
