Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will involve working with children and adolescents grappling with a spectrum of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. By tailoring treatment methods to individual developmental stages and fostering a compassionate environment, you will play a key role in improving the mental well-being of our clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents, demonstrating effective engagement techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a child-centered approach to therapy.

• Ability to build rapport with young clients and their families, fostering trust and collaboration.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other software applications necessary for telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling focused on children and adolescents is required. Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches or training in crisis intervention will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
