Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents aged 5 to 18 years, managing conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disruptions. You will apply a child-centered and family-oriented approach to create a nurturing therapeutic relationship, ensuring that each young client feels supported and understood throughout their journey toward better mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• Sound knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and familiarity with a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in providing individual and family therapy to young individuals with a strong focus on building rapport and trust.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, matched with a genuine, child-centric approach.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
