Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify each patient's therapeutic needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, incorporating techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting clients in processing their trauma, developing effective coping strategies, and promoting overall healing.

• Engage in collaborative care models with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely and effective assistance.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms, helping them understand the recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field, with a focus on trauma.

• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment methodologies.

• Proficiency in delivering trauma-focused interventions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, complementing a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
