Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to determine their therapeutic needs and goals.

• Engage in a thorough initial intake process, leading to the triaging of care and establishing effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to the individual service plans of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and communications with interdisciplinary team members.

• Provide case management that integrates consultation and collaboration with community resources and professionals to optimize support services for clients.

• Participate in team meetings and patient rounds to discuss client progress, treatment plans, and modifications to care approaches as necessary.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory, while a Master’s degree in psychology, social work or counseling is preferred.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, demonstrating effective therapeutic skills and outcomes.

• A willingness to commit to providing up to 40 hours of clinical sessions per week is essential to meet client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, based on your experience and credentials.
