Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve include individuals with complex mental health needs, including those with co-occurring disorders such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. Our goal is to understand the multifaceted nature of our patients’ experiences and provide a holistic approach to their treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing mental health issues, particularly in patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and patient-centered care.

• Proficient in maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines while upholding patient confidentiality.

• A working knowledge of computer applications and electronic health record systems to facilitate documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
