This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while maintaining productivity. Despite the remote nature, our team holds regular virtual meetings to ensure strong communication, team support, and consistent clinical supervision. The outpatient setting involves interacting with various therapeutic programs tailored to address specific mental health challenges, such as Depression Recovery and OCD/Anxiety management.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Utilize a collaborative, client-centered approach to deliver therapeutic interventions based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and exposure response prevention (ERP) in individual, group, and family settings.

  • Ensure comprehensive treatment documentation is completed accurately and within required time frames, adhering to agency policies and legal regulations concerning mental health services.

  • Engage actively in weekly clinical supervision sessions with the clinical director or lead therapist, contributing to your professional development and enhancing service delivery.
  • \n
  • Monitor and assess client progress towards goals, adapting treatment plans as necessary and incorporating client feedback into ongoing strategies.

  • Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and updates regarding client progress and treatment developments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily involves working with children and adolescents, along with opportunities to cross-train and provide support to adult clients in various therapeutic programs. You will collaborate with families to facilitate therapeutic processes that encourage open communication, emotional growth, and resilience. The diverse clientele underscores the importance of cultural competence and the need for adaptable therapeutic techniques that cater to each individual's unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field is required.

  • Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
  • \n
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical environment; familiarity with outpatient therapy is preferred.

  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma recovery, and substance misuse is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
