Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy sessions, as well as couples, family, and group therapy to clients of all ages utilizing virtual platforms.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.

• Craft and implement evidence-based treatment plans, adapting methodologies that align with each client's unique cultural and behavioral needs.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to facilitate holistic care and reconnect clients with essential resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and interventions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. This role allows you to provide therapeutic support to those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. As a mental health counselor, you will focus on empowering clients to pursue healthy coping strategies while navigating their journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must hold a current, fully licensed credential to practice independently without supervision as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Please note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted, and no disciplinary actions should be on record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that facilitate strong therapeutic relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and telehealth platforms, ensuring smooth virtual sessions and effective record-keeping.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a community health setting or virtual therapy environment is highly desirable.
