Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs and create tailored treatment plans that respond effectively to individual circumstances.

• Lead psychoeducational classes and support groups, fostering community engagement and peer support for individuals facing common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team to ensure that patient care is coordinated and holistic.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies, including developing safety plans.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
