Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing flexibility while engaging in meaningful work. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and secure documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, from those requiring intervention for mood disorders to young individuals facing difficulties such as ADHD and behavioral problems. Your work will play a crucial role in supporting not only the children but also their families, aiming to create positive changes within their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.

• Comprehensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, treatment approaches, and best practices.

• Experience in providing individual and family therapy specifically targeting the young population.

Compensation and Benefits\n
