Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges. This includes individuals exhibiting signs of anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and various behavioral issues. As a therapist at Compass Mental Health Center, you will play a pivotal role in helping young patients navigate their mental health journeys, working closely with their families to foster resilience and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, with a strong focus on child and adolescent care.

• Solid understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and their evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience delivering both individual and family therapy for young populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
