Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging extensively with a team of experienced child psychiatrists and mental health professionals. Our integrated approach means you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to accommodate the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify and evaluate the individual needs of children and adolescents, analyzing their psychological, emotional, and family dynamics.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that not only consider developmental stages but also incorporate family involvement and community resources.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to address the specific mental health challenges of young individuals, including support for anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Participate actively in regular team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education to stay current with best practices in child and adolescent mental health.

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and family therapy specifically tailored for young individuals.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a nurturing and child-centered approach that promotes trust and rapport.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications necessary for clinical documentation and collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
