Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to determine their mental health status and treatment needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Great Bliss Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a broad range of mental health issues. Our clients often seek assistance with emotional distress, behavioral challenges, and various psychological disorders. You will play a crucial role in facilitating healing through individualized, compassionate treatment methodologies tailored to each client’s unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• A solid understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic interventions, and cultural competence in treatment modalities.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a natural ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
