Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the needs, strengths, and areas for intervention for children and adolescents.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that consider each patient’s developmental stage and family context.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and family therapy, to effectively address diverse mental health issues.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to guide parents and caregivers in supporting their children’s mental well-being.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and school personnel to create coordinated care plans that address both therapeutic and educational needs.

• Respond to mental health crises by providing immediate support and intervention to ensure the safety and well-being of young individuals.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to foster understanding and empowerment.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in team meetings and case consultations to discuss patient progress and share insights, enriching the collaborative effort in care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, ADHD, and adjustment issues. You will work with a diverse range of clients, ensuring that each therapy session is tailored to the individual’s experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• A strong foundation in child development and mental health interventions is essential.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities specific to children and adolescents.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
