Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand client concerns and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses. Develop individualized treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. Tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs and personal goals of each client.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, compliant with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure holistic care for each client.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources. Advocate for the rights and needs of clients as appropriate.

• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training, workshops, and professional growth activities to stay updated with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily engage with adult and adolescent clients who are facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. By providing a safe and supportive space, you will enable clients to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and work toward their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Texas, including designations such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline.

• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
