Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to create customized treatment plans for each client. You will be responsible for evaluating individual needs through comprehensive intake processes and ongoing assessments.

• Implement an array of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). You will guide clients through their treatment processes, applying techniques tailored to their specific challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Your organizational skills will ensure that all documentation meets the highest professional standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to provide holistic care, drawing from each member's unique expertise to enhance overall client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.
