Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally informed mental health assessments to comprehend the unique experiences and backgrounds of each patient, thereby developing appropriate and personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders, with a focus on evidence-based treatment approaches and cultural competence in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
