Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, form clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customizing techniques to suit each client’s unique circumstances.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in challenging situations.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment data, in compliance with relevant ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available community support resources. Advocate for clients' rights and needs while encouraging their empowerment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will serve a diverse array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing emotional, psychological, and relational challenges. Your role will be crucial in providing care for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, marital conflicts, and other mental health issues. You will employ various therapeutic techniques to address the individual needs of clients and help them develop effective coping strategies.

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, LCSW) in Tennessee.
