Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, including comprehensive interviews and standard diagnostic tools, to identify concerns and formulate clear clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with clients' goals.

• Provide various therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family therapy, ensuring each session is tailored to the client’s unique needs.

• Offer crisis intervention expertise during emergencies, providing immediate support and guidance to clients in distress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interactions in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for our clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health challenges, treatment methodologies, and community resources to empower them in their therapeutic journey.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed of emerging best practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a clinical setting providing outpatient services is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
