Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, using standardized tools and interviews to evaluate clients’ mental health status, creating individualized treatment plans aligned with their specific needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Set and revise therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, adapting treatment strategies in response to their evolving needs and progress.

• Offer virtual therapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients facing challenges that might impede in-person visits, employing telehealth platforms to enhance client engagement.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical standards and industry regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing to case discussions and peer feedback to nurture a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license in Tennessee as a Mental Health Counselor, including but not limited to: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A demonstrated ability to empathize with clients, exhibit compassion, and maintain a non-judgmental attitude toward their experiences.

While we welcome both new and experienced practitioners, prior experience in a clinical or community health setting is a plus.
