Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Create personalized therapy plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, while monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Document and maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring continuity of care across the multidisciplinary team.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for hospitalized clients, enhancing their recovery journey.

• Engage and support family members by equipping them with practical tools and coping strategies, fostering a collaborative approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
