Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions that focus on individualized treatment plans, addressing client-specific concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.

• Employ evidence-based therapy techniques to guide clients through their therapeutic journey, ensuring effective management of stressors and emotional challenges.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and the highest standard of care.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to review case progress and share best practices aimed at enhancing service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds. Focusing on cultural competence, your work will support clients from various ethnicities, socio-economic statuses, and life experiences. You will address issues ranging from trauma and grief to stress management and self-esteem enhancement, thereby positively impacting their personal growth and mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential. Licensure eligibility will also be considered.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups in a clinical setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong connections with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A strong commitment to cultural humility and understanding within client-centered care methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth practices and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, complemented with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
