Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments through virtual meetings to determine the mental health needs and statuses of clients.

• Develop personalized and evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients, defining clear treatment goals and therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, providing a supportive and structured environment where clients can explore their feelings and challenges.

• Utilize tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to guide sessions and ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress within our electronic health records system, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
