Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify clients' unique needs and create customized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating psychoeducational and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, fostering community and support among participants.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and treatment for patients.

• Providing crisis intervention services when needed, equipping clients with immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educating clients about their mental health conditions, possible treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintaining precise and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

Ideal candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
