Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify psychological and emotional needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's requirements.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Develop and implement crisis intervention plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to foster stable and healthy functioning.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans, outlining the next steps for clients and ensuring continuity of care.

• Adhere to current federal and state laws, alongside Concentra’s policies and procedures, to guarantee the highest standard of practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development, pursuing training and education to enhance clinical skills and competencies.
\n
• Actively participate in case consultations and team meetings to collaborate and share insights with peer professionals.

• Complete all required licensure and ongoing mandatory training to maintain professional standing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population in Corpus Christi, Texas, that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to adjustment disorders and relational issues. Your role is to create a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and work toward meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related discipline that supports licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and family therapy within an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
