Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your role will encompass a variety of critical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient's history and current mental health status.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, leveraging modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Delivering dynamic individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process their experiences and acquire effective coping skills.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to patient care.

• Providing crisis intervention and timely support during acute trauma-related distress.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must meet the following qualifications to apply:

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
