This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to engage deeply with your clients in a comfortable setting. Our work schedule is designed with work-life balance in mind, primarily operating Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with occasional flexibility based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments using evidence-based strategies to formulate customized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records with utmost confidentiality, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a clinician at Rising Hope, you will work with a diverse array of clients ranging from adolescents to adults dealing with various mental health issues. Your interventions will be critical in guiding clients through their challenges, supporting them in achieving their treatment goals, and building a path towards resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
