We have established an in-house credentialing process to manage your insurance participation, thereby alleviating administrative burdens and allowing you to focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, carefully evaluating their mental health needs and crafting appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Document initial comprehensive assessments and triage care based on individual needs to provide a structured approach to treatment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through effective communication in documentation and participation in meetings to discuss patient assessments and care plans, ensuring integrated support.

• Provide ongoing case management for assigned patients by consulting and working closely with community professionals to ensure comprehensive care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of clients.

• Fulfill the ethical requirement for timely and precise documentation to maintain high standards of care.

• Employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques alongside other evidence-based modalities to empower clients in achieving their therapeutic goals and completing their individualized service plans.

Qualifications\n
