Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify individual mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review personalized treatment plans that address clients' goals and are informed by evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions focusing on maternal mental health issues, including postpartum depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and updates, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and modify therapy approaches and treatment strategies based on changing client circumstances and feedback.

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated care and the integration of different therapeutic modalities.

• Uphold ethical and legal standards in all interactions, maintaining client confidentiality and the integrity of the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in New Jersey as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, specializing in maternal and postpartum mental health is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 based on qualifications and experience, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
