Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks aimed at improving the mental health outcomes of our clients:

• Provide direct counseling services and case management tailored to support the emotional and psychological well-being of our clients.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote wellness and connectivity within families, encouraging healthy social support systems.

• Document clinical interactions and care plans in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate actively in clinical consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings, fostering a collaborative approach to patient care.

• Co-facilitate childbirth education sessions and postpartum peer support groups in partnership with experienced birth workers.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following educational and professional qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licenses as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
