Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Design individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals and circumstances, adjusting as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for a range of clients including individuals, couples, and families, employing a blend of motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based practices.

• Maintain detailed and precise documentation in client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Regularly evaluate client progress, revising treatment strategies to optimize outcomes based on feedback and clinical assessments.

• Engage in collaborative care efforts with fellow therapists and mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to client treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include expectant and new mothers and their partners, as well as families dealing with the effects of maternal mental health challenges. This sensitive population requires a therapist who can provide compassionate and informed support through their unique experiences and transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Must possess active licensure to practice in Pennsylvania as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably with experience serving maternal and perinatal populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on effective communication and empathy.
\n
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating efficiently within a multidisciplinary team.

• Solid understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies specific to mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous work with maternal health, postpartum mental conditions, or family dynamics is highly desired. Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms will also be advantageous in adapting to our operational standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
