Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment interventions.

• Develop individualized, culturally sensitive treatment plans that focus on the strengths and specific challenges of each client.

• Deliver outpatient therapeutic services via virtual sessions, including individual counseling and family therapy, using trauma-informed techniques tailored to clients’ unique situations.

• Document clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress reports to maintain accurate and timely records according to program standards.

• Collaborate with integrated care teams across the organization to ensure a holistic approach to client services, enhancing their overall treatment experience.

• Manage an assigned caseload, providing timely follow-ups and crisis interventions as needed, ensuring that no client feels unsupported.

• Stay current with continuing education and training to ensure adherence to the highest standards of care.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the mental health services offered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Easy Way Psychological Services, you will work primarily with diverse populations, specializing in serving vulnerable groups including individuals from racial and ethnic minority backgrounds, low-income families, and those facing systemic barriers to care. Our aim is to create a safe, trustworthy environment for clients, allowing them to explore their thoughts and feelings and, ultimately, to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
\n
• An active clinical license in the state of California is mandatory. Acceptable credentials include LMFT, LPCC, and LCSW. We do not accept licenses requiring supervision.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, particularly in working with high-risk or marginalized populations, are preferred. Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is advantageous but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
