Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma history and needs, utilizing standardized screening tools and individualized interviews.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and coping strategies, ensuring a client-centered approach that respects individual preferences.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), within structured therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients as they process their trauma and develop essential coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
