Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' history and current mental health status, enabling personalized treatment planning.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans targeting recovery and resilience using evidence-based modalities such as EMDR and TF-CBT.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, assisting patients in processing trauma, acquiring coping mechanisms, and engaging in their recovery journeys.

• Work side-by-side with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate care and ensure that clients receive holistic support.

• Provide crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, delivering immediate assistance to clients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending trainings and participating in team meetings focused on trauma-informed care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our practice is on individuals affected by trauma, including but not limited to those experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience with a focus on trauma-informed care preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
