Work Environment\n

This position is designed for remote work, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential adjustments based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' history and inform treatment strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and enhancing resilience in clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping patients navigate their trauma experiences and develop effective coping strategies.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to provide integrated care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients facing acute trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and community resources available for support.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Engage in regular consultations and team meetings to discuss patient progress and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in trauma care.

The individuals you will serve have been affected by various types of trauma, including experiences related to domestic violence, childhood abuse, and other life-altering events. Our focus on conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders highlights our commitment to addressing the complexities associated with trauma recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A strong foundation in trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities specific to trauma recovery.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
