Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity and duration of mood disorders in clients, while also considering their personal history and circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, objectives, and therapeutic preferences.

• Implement evidence-based practices, notably Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders effectively.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders and available treatment options, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as circumstances evolve.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
