This remote position allows you to work comfortably from your home while actively engaging with clients through teletherapy. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and engage clients in individual therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Provide family therapy to support parents and children in developing healthier dynamics and resolving familial issues.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to psychiatry or other specialists as necessary.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a virtual team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
