Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you'll engage in a variety of clinical responsibilities that contribute significantly to patient outcomes:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals and families, using a tailored approach to identify specific needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on initial assessments, continually revising them to ensure they meet changing client needs.

• Effectively communicate findings and treatment strategies with interdisciplinary team members, participating in regular case consultations and team meetings.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions, to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Manage a caseload of patients, providing ongoing support and following up on treatment progress in a timely, ethical manner.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adapting interventions to address unique client situations and group dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a wide-ranging patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a licensed therapist, you'll work closely with clients to foster trust and create a safe, therapeutic environment conducive to healing and growth. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Texas.
