Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to establish diagnoses, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, delivering high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize creativity in developing treatment approaches and interventions that are tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of your clients.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, preparing session notes, treatment plan updates, and progress notes in accordance with clinic protocols and state regulations.

• Foster collaborative relationships with case managers, families, healthcare personnel, and other team members to ensure comprehensive client support and follow-up.

• Actively engage in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision sessions to continuously improve service delivery and personal development.
