Work Environment\n

This position is classified as remote, which means you will operate mainly from your home office while supporting our outpatient facility's mission. The typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. As a member of our professional team, you will engage in virtual meetings and training sessions to foster collaboration and maintain our high standards of care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' symptoms of mood disorders, including duration, frequency, and intensity.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their journey.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and address complex needs comprehensively.

• Stay informed about current mood disorder research and integrate new findings into your methodologies to enhance client treatment pathways.

Our clients come from various backgrounds and frequently include individuals facing serious mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. We also support vulnerable groups, including homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. Your expertise will be essential in helping these individuals navigate their challenges and work towards recovery, emphasizing the importance of empathy, understanding, and tailored support in your therapeutic practice.
