Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose clients and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their needs and goals.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, ensuring that each client receives consistent and dedicated support.

• Utilize inventive and engaging therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals and foster personal development.

• Prepare and maintain thorough documentation of clinical activity, including session notes, treatment updates, and ongoing assessments, aligning with company protocols.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, engaging with case managers, medical personnel, school staff, and family members to ensure holistic care.

• Participate in clinical meetings and training sessions, contributing insights and sharing knowledge to foster a culture of professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist with Connected Minds Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families facing various challenges. This may encompass individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or broader family dynamics. Your role will be essential in creating a safe space for open dialogue and healing, respecting the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid LMFT clinical license to practice in the state of Illinois.
\n
• Proficiency in clinical documentation practices, including the creation of assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, allowing clear and timely interaction with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to model and maintain professional boundaries while fostering an open therapeutic environment.

• Comfortable engaging with a culturally diverse client population and demonstrating cultural humility.

• Familiarity with Office 365 and electronic health record systems; experience with Valant is advantageous.

• Capable of successfully completing a background check.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and a sign-on incentive.
