Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and prepare for ongoing therapy sessions.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that are rooted in evidence-based practices and tailored to the unique characteristics of each client.

• Provide ongoing therapy for individuals, couples, and families using modalities that align with the highest standards of clinical practice.

• Skillfully monitor client progress, utilizing clinical judgment to make informed adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely documentation that adheres to California laws and our organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, providing culturally responsive therapy that respects each client's background and unique experiences. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred; however, newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply.

• A profound understanding of DSM-5 criteria, trauma-informed care, and cultural competency practices.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interaction and documentation.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a multidisciplinary team setting.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, or willingness to learn new technological tools.

• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
