Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, delivering engaging therapy sessions that may be conducted via telehealth or in-person formats.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with families, couples, and individual clients ranging from children to adults. Our client base is diverse, and therapists will be expected to adapt their methodologies to effectively address a wide array of mental health issues including addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts. Experience working with different demographics is essential to ensure every client receives culturally competent and empathetic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to practice in Texas.
