Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and impact of mood disorders on clients and their families.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that address client-specific goals, preferences, and needs, while employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a multidisciplinary approach in patient care.

• Stay informed of advancements in mood disorder research and therapy techniques, applying this knowledge to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain all client documentation in adherence to legal, ethical, and professional standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
