Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Miracle Pathways Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to ascertain clients' therapeutic needs, developing comprehensive treatment plans that integrate clients' goals.

• Offering immediate crisis intervention and establishing safety plans during emergency situations, ensuring that clients feel secure and supported.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client progress that adhere to legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession.

• Educating clients on essential coping mechanisms, assertive communication strategies, and relationship-building skills that promote lasting change in their lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
